RETURNS

Due the health and safety nature of our products we cannot offer any refunds or returns on our masks.

Should your mask be faulty, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement for you based on available stock.

Replacements for any international orders will be dispatched using standard shipping.

We appreciate your understanding.


PAYMENTS

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars. Our prices excludes any bank or conversion fees you may be charged when paying in a foreign currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards via Stripe. Transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not retain customer card details.

Payment will be collected immediately upon a successful transaction.

Our masks are intended for personal use and it is imperative that you do not share your mask with other people. Please follow our washing instructions carefully to keep your mask clean and hygienic.

Masks play an important part in helping to reduce the transfer of germs when cared for correctly, but should be used in unison with regular hand washing and social distancing as recommended by the New Zealand Government.

Please note that these masks are a precautionary measure for the current global pandemic and are not medical grade quality. They are lined with a synthetic non-woven fabric to create an added layer of protection, but are not meant as an alternative to approved medical masks.
