DELIVERY


UPDATE: Due to the overwhelming demand for our masks at the moment, please allow 1-3 business days for order preparation followed by shipping time. Shipping times may be slightly delayed due to courier demand for essential services. We are working hard to get all orders sent as soon as possible. We appreciate your support and understanding.

All our masks our handmade in Nelson, New Zealand.

Our masks are pre-washed in an antiseptic solution prior to making, then sprayed with another antiseptic solution (killing 99.9% of germs) before being packed into clear, sealed bags.


NEW ZEALAND

All items are sent via NZ Courier Post, using a non-signature required delivery service in compliance with the current NZ Post delivery options. The following rates apply:

* Standard (1-3 business days) - $8.00

* Rural Delivery Addresses (2-4 business days) - $12.00

* Customer Pickup (available to orders in Nelson) - FREE

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

AUSTRALIA

We are now delivering to Australia via NZ Courier Post using a tracked service. The following rates apply:

* Standard, no tracking (3-10 business days) - starting at $15.00, calculated at checkout

* Courier, signature required (2-6 business days) - starting at $29.00, calculated at checkout

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to rural delivery addresses or PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL - We do not deliver to other international countries due to high shipping charges. If you would like to order and receive a shipping quote please contact us.


IMPORTANT - Maskerade are not liable for any customs or duty charges you may incur as a result of your purchase.


Your item will be sent on the next available delivery day after your order has been completed.

Please indicate your residential home address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee.
